Your YES experience begins with professional hair and make-up.
It's not simply preparation for the photographs. It's part of the day.
Music on. Something to drink. Time to settle in, chat and start enjoying yourself.
Then we'll photograph you.
Perhaps you want glamorous.
Perhaps playful.
Perhaps sexy.
Perhaps you've brought the dress, the heels, the bodysuit or the lingerie you've been dying to wear.
And perhaps, once we get going, you'll surprise yourself and decide to push things a little further.
You decide.
We'll guide you throughout, so you don't need to know how to pose, where to put your hands or how on earth you're supposed to “look sexy” for a camera.
You just get to enjoy it.
HOW DARING?
That's entirely up to you
There isn't a YES version you're expected to become.
For one woman, an incredible dress and a pair of heels might feel fabulous.
Another might bring lingerie.
Someone else might love an oversized shirt, a bodysuit or something altogether more daring.
You can arrive knowing exactly what you want.
You can change your mind.
You can try something and decide it's not for you.
And you can find yourself halfway through saying:
“Oh, sod it. Let's try it.”
There's no right amount to reveal and no expectation to go further than feels right.
BUT WHAT IF I CAN'T PULL IT OFF?
You don't have to know how
This might be the bit you're secretly wondering about.
Looking at photographs like these is one thing.
Standing in front of a camera and actually doing it yourself can feel rather different.
What if you don't know how to pose?
What if trying to look sexy makes you laugh?
What if you feel awkward?
Good news.
You don't have to know how to do any of this.
That's our job.
We'll direct and guide you throughout. And somewhere between the first few slightly nervous photographs, the music, the laughter and the outfit changes, something usually happens.
You stop wondering whether you're doing it right.
And start having fun.
SEEING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
“Bloody hell. That's me.”
Later that same day, we'll sit down together and you'll see your photographs for the first time.
This is one of our favourite parts.
There may be laughter.
There may be the occasional swear word.
There may be a photograph you look at several times because you can't quite believe you're looking at yourself.
Perhaps you'll see glamorous.
Perhaps sensual.
Perhaps playful.
Perhaps considerably more daring than you imagined when you arrived that morning.
But underneath all of them is still you.
That's you too.
FAQ
Do I need to be confident in front of the camera?
Absolutely not.
You don't need any experience of being photographed and you certainly don't need to arrive knowing how to pose. We'll guide you throughout.
A few nerves are completely normal.
They usually don't last very long.
Do I have to wear lingerie?
No.
YES can be as glamorous, playful, sensual or daring as you want it to be.
Bring clothes that make you feel fantastic and we'll talk about ideas before your experience.
You decide what you wear — and what you don't.
Is professional hair and make-up included?
Yes.
Professional hair and make-up is part of your YES experience and is included within your £250 Commitment Fee.
For us, getting ready isn't simply preparation for the photographs.
It's part of the fun.
What if I feel awkward?
You might - for about five minutes.
And that's completely fine.
You don't have to perform for us or somehow know how to “be sexy” in front of a camera.
We'll give you all the direction you need.
And if something makes you laugh rather than pout?
We'd much rather photograph the laugh.
How revealing does it have to be?
As much or as little as you want.
There is absolutely no expectation of nudity.
Some women want glamorous portraits. Some love lingerie. Some want implied nude photographs. Others decide during their experience that they'd like to push things a little further.
Your boundaries belong to you.
Will my photographs be private?
Yes.
Your photographs won't be used on our website, social media, advertising or anywhere else without your permission.
You remain in control of where your photographs are seen.
What happens after the photography?
Later that same day you'll have your Design Consultation and see your photographs for the first time.
You'll choose your favourites and, if you'd like to, we'll help you create a Portrait Collection that's right for you.
Collections begin at £1,500 and your experience includes £150 Portrait Credit.
